Seagrass root microbial community inputs

We assess assembly of seagrass root microbial communities by modifying their source environments via autoclaving sediments and assessing the response of these communities. In this Bioproject, we deposit sequences from these sediments and rhizosphere communities as well as from rhizospheres that were bleached. We assess the initial and recovery states of these communities.
