To investigate the novel functions of PTEN-L, we performed a Reverse Phase of Protein Array (RPPA) profiling on 468.Ctrl, 468.PTEN, and 468.PTEN-L sublines to compare cell signaling events between PTEN expression Overall design: To study the molecular mechanism underlying the tumor suppression function of PTEN-L, we established a pair of PTEN-L and PTEN overexpression stable cell lines in PTEN-/- breast cancer cell lines-MDA-MB-468 cells through Lentivirus infection. Cell lysates were extracted from 468.Ctrl, 468.PTEN, 468.PTEN-L cells and subjected to RPPA analysis.
