资源简介:
Fat-tailed sheep develop a unique trait of massive accumulation of adipose tissue in tail, which was an important reason for their survival and spread globally. However, the molecular mechanisms of fat tail development at the embryonic stage in sheep remain unknown. To investigate the morphogenesis and transcriptome profile during fat tail development, we performed histological analysis and RNA-Seq for the tail tissue of Tan sheep at five time points (60 d, 70 d, 80 d, 90 d of gestation and adult) and Suffolk sheep at 70 d of gestation.
