PhosphaBase

Using protein phosphatases and ABC transporters as model protein families, we constructed two protein family database resources around a central DAML+OIL ontology. Each resource contains specialist information about each protein family, providing specialized domain-specific resources based on the same template structure.本研究以蛋白磷酸酶（protein phosphatases）与ATP结合盒转运蛋白（ABC transporters）作为模式蛋白家族，围绕核心DAML+OIL本体（DAML+OIL ontology）构建了两类蛋白家族数据库资源。每类资源均涵盖各蛋白家族的专业信息，并基于统一的模板架构形成领域专属的专业化数据库资源。
