This dataset is related with manuscript: TransA-MERFISH reveals divergent post-retinal direction-selective circuits (Wang et al., 2026). For assembled and annotated AnnData after cell segmentation and registration, please use "TransAMERFISH_SC_merged.h5ad" For the python scripts to generate the figures related to the manuscript, please use "TransA-MERFISH-main_Github.zip". These scripts with a detailed README can also be found in Github (https://github.com/duanxlab/TransA-MERFISH).
