Kidney transcriptome analyses (0-24h) of acute poisoning of male ICR mice exposed to mushroom toxin amanitin

The dose of 0.33 mg/kg amanitin was selected to evaluate the kidney effect in 1-24h after exposure. Four to five ICR male mice were sacrificed at 1h (n=4), 2h (n=5), 4h (n=5), 8h (n=5), 16h (n=5), 24h (n=5) post exposure. Five control mice were sacrificed at 24h after vehicle treatment. In the time-effect study, the kidney transcriptome was conducted to explore mRNA changes from RNAP II inhibition and the underlying pathways in 1-24h after exposure.
