Effect of depletion of ANXA2 and ANXA5 on gene expression in primary murine mesenchymal stromal cells

To investigate the effects of ANXA2 or ANXA5 depletion on gene expression in primary mesenchymal stromal cells we compared the gene expression profile of sorted mesenchymal stromal cells from the bone marrow of normal wildtype, ANXA2 knockout or ANXA5 knockout mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for mesenchymal stromal cells isolated from the bone marrow of normal wildtype C57/BL6 mice (4 replicates), ANXA2 KO C57/BL6 mice (3 replicates) and ANXA5 KO C57/BL6 mice (4 replicates).
