TRQA is an evaluation dataset designed to assess biomedical knowledge and target identification skills in the field of therapeutic target discovery. It consists of two sub-datasets: TRQA-lit and TRQA-db. TRQA-lit focuses on research findings related to therapeutic targets, constructing a question-answering (QA) dataset that summarizes the latest research progress for well-recognized therapeutic targets from literature corpora. TRQA-db is designed to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of information retrieval, integration, and reasoning among existing methods when addressing the competitive landscape investigation problem.
