We sequenced AR42J cell exposed to CCK or insulin in different concentrations. This enable us to uncover the possible effect of the different hormones on acinar cells in pathlogy. Overall design: mRNA profiles from AR42J cell line exposed to 5 different concentrations of CCK or insulin (in triplicates) and their untreated controls were sequenced in an Illumina NextSeq.
