This dataset estimates the range and depth of underwater acoustic sources using a deep-sea vertical line array (VLA). The experimental environment consists of a 5000m flat seabed and a Munk sound speed profile. The VLA is equipped with 35 elements and operates at a sampling rate of 4410 Hz. The sound source transmits a specific continuous wave (CW) signal, and the dataset includes dynamic scene parameters. Supporting data, environment configuration files and code scripts are provided to facilitate research on source localization within the range of 1–20 km and depth of 1–50 m.
