This project was divided into four main groups: Sham+vehicle, CCI+vehicle, CCI+GW7647 and CCI+GW6471, n=6 per group. Vehicle, GW7647 and GW6471 were administered by intraperitoneal injection, with GW7647 5mg/kg and GW6471 20mg/kg. The time points of administration were chosen as 1h before operation, and POD 2d, 4d, 6d, 8d, 10d, 12d, 14d. POD 14 was given to mice for euthanasia under aseptic conditions, the abdominal cavity of the mice was cut open, the colon was pulled out, and 3-5 pellets of faeces were taken from the colon and quick-frozen in liquid nitrogen and used for subsequent sequencing of the 16S rDNA amplicon.
