To understand the interactions between ER-alpha and PR interactions with chromatin in Esr1-wildtype versus mutant mammary cells, ChIP-seq was performed against both transcription factors. Animals were treated for four days with E2 and P4, then harvested for analysis. Overall design: 12 samples are included in total between a previous submission and this one, 2 biological replicates per condition. No references were used. Important note: in our original submission, we included 8 samples; in this submission, we include an additional 4 samples which were generated at the same time but excluded from the original submission as we did not feel these data were relevant at the time. At the request of a manuscript reviewer, we are now also including four samples associated with the 'D542G' mutation, in addition to the 8 previous samples associated with 'WT' and "Y541S" mutation.
