Expression patterns of white blood cells in response to individual food treatments relative to LPS treatment and untreated in an FPIES subject

Total blood white blood cells from two FPIES subjects were treated with 2 foods that were safe for those subjects, 3 foods that were triggers for those subjects, relative to LPS and untreated for each subject Overall design: Blood was drawn from FPIES subject who was on trigger-food avoidance, the WBCs isolated by ACK buffer RBC lysis, and the WBCs plated in 12-well plate wells, and treated with individual food treatments, LPS or untreated.
