Endo-galactosaminidase family GH191 protein from Thermotoga maritima: X-ray diffraction images

This submission includes 3,600 CBF files, distributed equally across four ZIP archives. The images were recorded using the DECTRIS PILATUS 6M detector at the EMBL Hamburg beamline P11, Petra III, DESY. The model of the crystal structure and associated information can be found in Protein Data Bank entry 9eux. The crystal structure, with crystallographic symmetry P2₁ and pseudo-symmetry P6₃, is likely to represent a case of a false-positive L-test result, possibly due to overlap of adjacent reflections. The strongest evidence against twinning is the presence of only two peaks on the 60° section of the self-rotation function. The main evidence supporting twinning is a 0.05 reduction in the R-factor in twin refinement compared to non-twin refinement. However, this decrease may be attributed to the general tendency of twin refinement to reduce R-factors when they are above a certain threshold.
