This dataset contains 3 main folders and 6 subfolders of raw images in .tiff format. The dataset contains portions of mouse pancreas, mouse intestine and mouse brain imaged with an Airy and a Gaussian light-sheet illuminators. The datasets are publicly available but due to size are stored off-line and available on request using the 'Contact' email listed on this page.
