miRNA species as systemic mediators of environmentally persistent free radical-induced endothelial dysfunction [C57 mice]

Plasma miRNA data from particulate matter containing environmentally persistent free radical exposed mice 24 male C57BL/6J mice (n=8/group) were exposed to filtered air and environmentally persistent free radicals ( EPFR lo and EPFR) at the concentration of 250 µg/m3 for 4 hour/day for 5 days. Plasma were collected after the end of exposure on 5th day. miRNA profiling was done in isolated exosomal RNA from plasma using NanoString nCounter MouseV1.5 miRNA expression assay kit.
