ODroplet Microfluidic Profiling of NK Cell Cytotoxicity with Machine Learning-Enabled Target-Cell Death Analysis

This dataset supports the study "Droplet Microfluidic Profiling of NK Cell Cytotoxicity with Machine Learning-Enabled Target-Cell Death Analysis". It contains the materials required to understand, reproduce, and inspect the analysis workflow and reported results. The study uses a droplet microfluidic platform and a machine-learning-enabled image-analysis pipeline to quantify NK-cell cytotoxicity at single-cell resolution across four matched-donor NK-cell states: peripheral blood NK cells (pbNK), ascites-conditioned pbNK (pbNK-asc), expanded NK cells (exNK), and ascites-conditioned expanded NK cells (exNK-asc). The Data folder contains supporting figures, supplementary movies and the full final manuscript analysis package: analysis code, model weights, sample input and intermediate tracking outputs, raw results, processed experiment-level results, figure-source CSVs, validation material.
