A global coverage of river water stable isotopes

This data provide an extension on GNIR database generated by collecting data from published paper that are not included in GNIR database. The key variables in the new database are 18O and D isotopic compositions of river water. The available location and time of measurements are listed in the file, and two tag variables are provided to identify the available temporal resolution and data type of each measurement. The grid format global maps of river water isotope based on the extended GNIR generated by two methods are also provided.
