Song and Cooperative Breeding -- code and data for peer review

Data and code provided for the peer review process; full repository to be made public before publication.<br><br>Folder “First submission” contains the archived codebase for reproducing the analyses from the initial submission. <br><br>Folder “CooperativeBreedingEvolution-Revision 1" contains code and data to reproduce analyses from the first revision. To replicate analyses: Runner_Script.R calls the other functions and runs the analyses presented in the manuscript with a smaller number of simulations and iterations, for the sake of example.
