This deposit contains supplementary materials for the article published in Ensaio: Avaliação e Políticas Públicas em Educação. The study examined the impact of AI-based multimedia platforms on student motivation and English language learning effectiveness among 84 students at Osh State University and Osh International Medical University (Kyrgyz Republic). Materials include the research questionnaire and supplementary appendix (Appendix A) used in data collection and analysis.
