Results of the statistical analysis for the evaluation of Enbiotech STI Panel pathogen-specific primers/probe sets.

Data obtained from the amplification of automatedly extracted samples (STARMag 96 X 4 Universal Cartridge Kit, Seegene) with Allplex™ STI Essential Assay (Seegene) were compared with the ones obtained from the analysis of the same extracts with Enbiotech STI Panel pathogen-specific primers/probe sets. For every indicator its respective 95% confidence interval was calculated.
