Monitoring effects of fox control on Malleefowl in the Mantung Maggea area

This project will use non-invasive methods to monitor Malleefowl populations in the Mantung area. Motion sensing cameras will be used to monitor Malleefowl and assist in the evaluation of the ongoing coordinated fox control program that is implemented throughout each year by the Mantung Maggea Land Management Group. Findings will be shared with local Malleefowl conservation groups and the community to assist in the broader protection of the Malleefowl.
