Experimental data files generated for Cleopatra manuscript. Data is available for extremely deep Micro-C (GM12878, HCT116, K562) and Region Capture Micro-C, or RCMC (GM12878, HCT116, K562, H1). Regions used in RCMC can be found in RCMC_regions_overview.txt. For RCMC, .mcool files with multiple bin sizes are available. For Micro-C, the .cool files are provided at 50bp bin size and can be convered to .mcool files using cooler zoomify.
