Population genetic structure and genealogy of a parasitic plant (Orobanche boninsimae) and its sister species (Orobanche coerulescens)

To reveal the genetic structure and genealogy of the populations of Orobanche boninsimae, endemic to the oceanic Bonin Islands, we examined complete chloroplast genome, nuclear ITS region, and genome-wide nuclear SNPs. In this Bioproject, we deposited raw read data for complete chloroplast genome and nuclear ITS region sequences enriched by Hiseq or DNBseq and for genome-wide nuclear SNPs enriched by MIG-seq analyses.
