Rheometer methods for characterising and comparing foams: an example using household detergents [dataset]
收藏资源简介:
Supporting data for "Rheometer methods for characterising and comparing foams: an example using household detergents" by Allgood and Jones (2026) in Rheologica Acta. "Microscope_Images.zip" contains two folders: "FilmWidths" contains .tif images with measurements of the widths of fluid films between bubbles, captured 20 minutes after foam creation, and numbered sequentially for each foam A-D; "Outlines" contains .png images with the hand-drawn outlines of bubble films used to measure bubble size distributions, captured at either 20 or 30 minutes after foam creation, as labelled, for each foam A-D. "Supplementary_BubbleSizes_v1" contains lists of bubble sizes measured in MATLAB from the hand-drawn bubble outlines. "Supplementary_FilmThickness_v1" contains lists of film thicknesses measured manually in ImageJ from microscope images. "Supplementary_RheometerData_v2" contains raw rheometer data for amplitude sweeps, frequency sweeps, and constant shear rate tests. "Supplementary_SolutionFlowCurves" contains raw rheometer data for flow curves conducted on the washing-up liquid solutions and pure water for comparison.
