The results obtained from the cellular bioactivity tests, conducted in triplicate, are presented below. These results reflect the number of cells per cm² and correspond to Figures 4, 5, and 9. Additionally, the concentrations of IL-1B, expressed in picograms per mL, for each treatment are included and shown in Figure 6. The attached Excel files contain the original data, as well as the calculated averages and standard deviations for each treatment, also performed in triplicate. Lastly, we include the ethics committee letter that approved this work.
