We identified an emerging oligodendrocyte committed subpopulation based on their gene expression that included Pdgfra, Cspg4 also known as Ng2, Olig1, Olig2. Postnatal neural stem cells were expanded and divided into DMSO (vehicle control) or 1μM 20HC-treated groups and sequenced 3 days after EGF and FGF withdrawal.
