Evaluation of the transcriptional changes in E11.5 ureter mesenchyme cells upon loss of Tbx18 or overexpression of an activator version of Tbx18, respectively. Overall design: GFP positive cells extracted from kidney rudiments of E11.5 Tbx18(GFP/+) (as control), Tbx18(GFP/GFP) and Tbx18(cre/+);Hprt(CAG:Tbx18VP16-GFP) embryos were sorted based on endogeneous GFP expression and analyzed by microarray analysis.
