RNA-Seq analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of selective CDK8/19 inhibitor BI1347 and PROTAC degrader SNX7886 on gene expression in HEK293 cells (293-WT) or the CDK8/19 double-knockout (293-dKO) derivatives. Overall design: 293-WT or 293-dKO cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO (vehicle control) or 200nM BI1347 or 200nM SNX7886 for 3 days (72 hours). Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate or quadruplicate.
