HMM profiles for the screening of conjugative origins of transfer

This repository contains 129 HMM profiles for the identification of origins of transfer (oriT) by conjugation across bacterial plasmids and chromosomes.
The excel file oriT.xlsx has three columns, indicating:
oriT family: origin of transfer family.oriT query: origin of transfer name according to the HMM profile.oriT type: if the origin of transfer family was already known in the literature, or if it is a novel identification. A unique category was provided to those known oriTs whose location is far from the relaxase.
