The study investigates the role of KDM6A in liver cholesterol metabolism. By integrating systemic analysis of transcriptome, cistrome, epigenome and proteome between control and KDM6A depleted human liver cell lines and mouse livers, we have identified sex-specific epigenetic regulation of KDM6A in cholesterol and lipoprotein metabolism by the hepatocyte cells which is linked with progression of atherosclerosis.
The file contains raw data of qPCR, mouse phenotype analysis, and original files for western blot for this study.
