Dataset for the manuscript "The role of metabolite exchange to their spatial distribution in tomato fruit".
The dataset includes osmolality data for the different tissues, metabolite concentrations, 13C labels for the feeding experiments, and the relative areas of metabolites for the three tissues in the different preparation states.
