Normal mammary epithelial cells from mice were cultured in different 3D matrices in order to investigate the effect from the matrix on the epithelial cell identity. Normal mammary epithelial cells were cultured in estrogen receptor (ER) expression preserving 3D culture matrix and the functionality of ER was tested with several antiestrogens.
