Replication package for: Barriers to Entry and Regional Economic Growth in China

This replication package includes detailed information, data files, and Stata code files needed to replicate the results in the paper “Barriers to Entry and Regional Economic Growth” by Loren Brandt, Gueorgui Kambourov, and Kjetil Storesletten, to be published in the Review of Economic Studies. The package includes all the programs necessary to derive the final results – all the tables, figures, and numbers reported in the paper and in the Online Appendix. Some data cannot be made publicly available, and the README file discusses how to obtain access to the relevant datasets.
