Processed Experimental and Hydraulic-Reconstruction Data for Alternate-Bar Development in a Mobile-Bed Open-Channel Flow

This dataset contains processed experimental and quasi-steady hydraulic-reconstruction data from movable-bed flume experiments on alternate-bar development. The experiments cover 16 hydraulic conditions with four replicate runs per condition. The record includes a hydraulic-condition table, gridded bed-elevation and reconstructed flow-depth and velocity fields, reach-scale mechanical-energy-flux measures, flow-weighted depth and depth–discharge-intensity covariance quantities, and variables used in adjacent-state local-update accounting. Version 1.1.1 is a documentation and metadata update. The title and README have been made journal-independent, and the relationship to the separately archived analysis software has been clarified. The files params.csv and pickles.zip, the public run IDs, the reconstructed hydraulic fields, and all derived indicator values are unchanged from Version 1.1.0. The associated analysis and figure/table-generation code is archived separately as a Zenodo Software record and linked through the Related works metadata.
