Microbial Symbionts, Carbon and Nutrient Cycling in Caribbean Coral Reef Sponges

This study focused on characterizing the microbial communities of ten of the most common Caribbean sponges so as to determine if host flux of carbon or nutrients sources had effects on the composition and structure of the host's microbial communities.
