Data for effects of different fertilization regimes on soil aggregate stability

In this study, a long-term cultivation trial was conducted in the humid region of China's subtropical monsoon climate zone. The trial included six treatments：unfertilized control (CK); nitrogen fertilizer only (N); conventional mineral fertilizer (NPK); double mineral fertilizer (HNPK); manure alone (OM); and mineral fertilizer plus manure (NPKM). We compared the particle size distribution of soil aggregates under various fertilization treatments, analyzed differences in soil nutrient contents, enzyme activities, and microbial community composition, and further examined the interrelationships among soil aggregate stability, enzymatic activities, and microbial diversity.
