Comparison of tumor microenvironment of murine lung cancer ASB-XIV and LLC1.

Murine lung cancer cell lines, ASB-XIV and LLC1 are sensitive and resistant to immune checkpoint blockade, respectively. To compare their tumor microenvironment, we performed RNA-Seq analysis. BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with 1×106 ASB-XIV or LLC1 cells, respectively. CpG oligodeoxinucleotide (30 microgram/mouse) was subcutaneously injected the day before tumor inoculation. Seven, 14 and 21 days later, tumors were harvested and subjected to RNA-Seq.
