Real-world agronomic data

This dataset contains soybean yield data and various stress and disease indices collected from seven distinct farms across Iowa during the period from 2018 to 2020, under both pesticide-free conditions and following the application of different treatment protocols. Furthermore, the dataset includes soybean yield information linked to various treatment measures and their corresponding efficacy levels, which are utilized to compute the percentage of yield loss. Covering multiple farms, this dataset is designed to validate yield loss and its mitigation effects in agricultural systems.
