资源简介:
HOXC10 is a member of the HOX family and participates in the regulation of malignant biological behaviors such as growth, migration, and invasion of tumor cells by binding to target genes. ChIP-seq is a powerful tool for studying the interaction between proteins and DNA in the study. Therefore, we use the ChIP-seq method to explore the potential regulatory genes and nucleic acids of HOXC10 in gastric cancer cells. MKN45 cells were seeded in 15 cm plate with density of 70-80% supplemented with 10% FBS and incubated at 37℃ for 24h, and then transfected with GV141-HOXC10-Flag or GV141 empty vector using Fugene HD(Roche).Approximately 5*10^7 cells were used for each CHIP-seq assay according to the manufacturer’s instructions(Merk, Germany)
