*_NCBI.gb - dataset downloaded using NCBI ortholog prediction in genebank format

Uniprot_metazoa.tar.gz - Uniprot proteomes used for Orthofinder orthology prediction

*_OrthoFinder_group.txt - NCBI iD's of orthofinder results

*_final.gb - final merged tataset (Orthofinder results + NCBI ortholog)

*_unique_final.gb - final dataset with removed redundant sequences

Orthogroups.tsv - tab separated file with groups of orthologous sequences used to generate *_OrthoFinder_group.txt files by mapping results to NCBI RefSeq
