Bund removal - PLOS ONE - DATASET

remote sensing classification and water quality logging dataset for the Boolgooroo region of the Mungalla wetlands in North Queensland - between October 2012 and August 2017. Datasets represent before and after bund removal changes due to renewed tidal ingress. Logger locations were 50m, 250m and 450m above and 50m,250m below the bund location - these files are excel format with headers that are self explanatory. Site classification files are in shapefile format with each class in a "class" field within the attribute tables. High resolution RGB imagery is included for comparison. Supplementary files for rainfall and tide height are also included as excel files.
