Climate-driven shifts in soybean suitability in Brazil’s arco norte: implications for logistical vulnerability

The files made available comprise a geospatial dataset related to variables across the physical, land use and land cover, infrastructure, and bioclimatic dimensions, as well as soybean occurrence data. These materials were produced in the context of the doctoral dissertation entitled “Paths in Transition: Climate Change and Logistical Reconfiguration in the Northern Arc”, developed within the Graduate Program in Agricultural Engineering at UNICAMP, in the concentration area of Management of Systems in Agriculture and Rural Development and the research line of Agroindustrial Logistics. The purpose of this collection is to document the data structured and analyzed throughout the research, which supported the modeling of soybean expansion patterns under future scenarios influenced by climate change, as well as the development of the logistical vulnerability index. The data were processed, organized, and analyzed based on the author’s own methodology, as described in the thesis. This material is complementary to the dissertation and is intended to promote scientific reproducibility, methodological transparency, and potential academic reuse, provided that proper citation practices and ethical responsibility are observed.
