一、 数据类型
电梯安全公共信息服务平台物联网数据集是一个动态更新的数据集合,通过我单位自行研发的电梯物联网设备实时采集电梯的运行数据,然后经过终端本地的算法模型预测和判断出电梯故障数据(困人、电梯运行时安全回路断路、关门故障、开门故障、轿厢在开锁区域外停止、轿厢意外移动、楼层位置丢失)和电梯事件数据(电瓶车进入轿厢、长时间阻门、轿厢有人长时间驻留),用于分析电梯的健康状况、应急处置以及安全监管。
二、 数据应用与价值
1. 实时安全监控与应急指挥:平台能7*24小时监控所有接入平台电梯的运行状态。一旦发生困人等重大事件,系统能立即上报事件信息,并第一时间向维保人员和管理人员发送报警信息,极大缩短救援响应时间。
2. 优化维保效率与科学监管:监管部门可以利用数据集宏观分析区域电梯的安全状况、故障率分布和高风险设备,从而合理调配维保资源,并对维保单位的服务质量进行精准量化评估与监督。
3. 预测电梯故障:利用该数据集,通过神经网络算法分析,平台可以预测电梯存在故障的潜在风险,提前派遣人员进行保养或更换,防患于未然。
4. 支持公共政策与标准制定:海量的真实运行数据为政府制定和修订电梯安全法规、技术标准提供了坚实的数据支撑,使决策更加科学、有据。
I. Data Type
The IoT dataset of the Elevator Safety Public Information Service Platform is a dynamically updated data collection. Our organization collects elevator operation data in real time via independently developed elevator IoT devices. Subsequently, on-device local algorithm models are used to predict and identify two categories of data: elevator fault data (including passengers trapped, safety circuit breakage during elevator operation, door closing malfunction, door opening malfunction, car stopped outside the unlocking zone, unintended car movement, and floor position loss) and elevator event data (including electric bicycles entering the car, prolonged door blocking, and prolonged passenger staying in the elevator car). This dataset is intended for analyzing elevator health status, emergency response and safety supervision.
II. Data Applications and Values
1. Real-time Safety Monitoring and Emergency Command
The platform can monitor the operating status of all elevators connected to the platform 24/7. Once major incidents such as passengers trapped occur, the system will immediately report the incident information and send alerts to maintenance personnel and managers in real time, greatly shortening rescue response time.
2. Optimizing Maintenance Efficiency and Scientific Supervision
Regulatory authorities can use the dataset to conduct macro-level analysis of regional elevator safety status, failure rate distribution and high-risk equipment, so as to rationally allocate maintenance resources and perform precise quantitative evaluation and supervision on the service quality of maintenance units.
3. Elevator Fault Prediction
By analyzing with neural network algorithms using this dataset, the platform can predict potential fault risks of elevators, and dispatch personnel for maintenance or replacement in advance to prevent problems before they occur.
4. Supporting Public Policy and Standard Formulation
The massive real-world operation data provides solid data support for the government to formulate and revise elevator safety regulations and technical standards, making decisions more scientific and evidence-based.
