Microbial community diversity analysis of healthy and powdery mildew-infected grapevine branches

This study aims to investigate the microbial community structure associated with grapevine powdery mildew. We collected samples from healthy grapevine branches and branches infected with powdery mildew. Genomic DNA was extracted, and the full-length bacterial 16S rRNA gene was amplified. Sequencing was performed using the PacBio third-generation sequencing platform. The data will help understand the relationship between the branch microbiome and disease resistance.
