We report the transcriptional analysis of the Blumeria graminis and Puccinia triticina biotrophic pathogen during their respective growth on Lr34 resistance and susceptible barley and wheat plants. No gene expression pattern has been observed suggesting that pathogen does not react to the presence of the resistance gene. RNA sequencing of three biological replicates for Blumeria graminis growing on Lr34 resistant and susceptible barley plants, at 48 h.p.i and 5 d.p.i, from a greenhouse infection. Three biological replicates of Puccinia triticina growing on Lr34 resistance and susceptible wheat have been sequenced from a late sporulation stage from field infection.
