涉诉信息公开模型服务

涉诉信息服务系统融合全国公开司法数据，经深度挖掘分析后，构建企业和自然人的涉诉信 息画像，为国家机关、金融机构、其他企事业单位和个人提供多维度、特色化的涉诉信息服 务。本系统数据依据最高法汇聚的全国法院的审判案件数据、执行案件数据等，提供有限范围的数据公开。由于部分案件属于依法不能公开的，或者部分数据属于涉及个人隐私而不能 公开的，因此部分数据以模型化数据或脱敏后提供。

The Litigation Information Service System integrates nationwide public judicial data. After in-depth mining and analysis, it constructs litigation information profiles for enterprises and natural persons, providing multi-dimensional and tailored litigation information services for state organs, financial institutions, other enterprises and public institutions, and individual users.

The data of this system is sourced from trial case data, enforcement case data and other data of national courts collected by the Supreme People's Court, and provides limited-scope data disclosure.

Since some cases are not publicly disclosable in accordance with the law, or some data involves personal privacy and thus cannot be publicly disclosed, part of the data is provided in the form of modeled data or after anonymization.
