Viral infection disrupts intestinal homeostasis via Sting-dependent NF-kB signaling

We investigated gene expression in dissected midguts from female Drosophila melanogaster flies either mock-infected or infected with DAV by oral infection. The submission includes RNA-seq data from w1118 flies maintained under conventional or germ-free conditions, Relish mutants and isogenic wild-type flies, and Sting mutants and isogenic wild-type flies.
