This is a database of global corals traits. The goal of this project is to extract all known data about corals into one useful framework that can be used for research. It contains data from existing data sets, data extracted from literature and data from museums. It describes biological, morphological, ecological, reproductive, biogeographical and physicological traits of coral species. The collection contains 78318 observations. This project was conducted jointly with Andrew Braid from James Cook University.
