Processed snRNA-seq objects and analysis outputs for Ramos et al. 2026

This dataset contains processed single-nucleus RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) objects and analysis outputs used in Ramos et al. 2026, which investigates aging and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in the mouse spinal cord. All processed objects are provided in a single directory ("ramos_et_al_2026_objects") to ensure compatibility with analysis scripts available on GitHub. These include Seurat objects, hdWGCNA network outputs, regulon activity matrices generated using pySCENIC, AUCell scores, and associated metadata. The files in this dataset support all major analyses and figures presented in the manuscript, including:- Cell type identification and population dynamics across lifespan- Differential expression analysis across timepoints and conditions- Gene co-expression network analysis (hdWGCNA)- Transcription factor regulon inference (pySCENIC) To reproduce analyses, download and unzip the dataset, ensuring the folder name remains unchanged.
